Hey there!
I live in Plattsburgh, NY and go to Montreal often for a haircut. There were two shops on Rue St. Halare that are now merged. I don't recall the name but I will make note of it the next time I am there and post it here. They cut all kind of hair but mostly black frequent the place. Ask for the Philippine guy. Hey all!
I live in NY near the Canadian border, and I am looking for a barber. The largest city that I am closest to is Montreal (it is just across the border which is 11 miles away). NYC, Albany and Syracuse are too far away. Any suggestions would be appreciated. AB |
